Helping wildlife in our spaces
We planted a mix of wildflowers for bees and birds on the Edible Roundabout. They are now almost dried but we keep them – birds like them and they will reseed for next year.
Community Gardening Weekend
The 20th and 21st of September is Community Gardening Weekend in Cambridge (thanks to Rebecca andÂ
Ann for organising!). On Sunday from 2 to 3pm, we are showcasing Growing Spaces at the Edible Roundabout. Please send an e-mail if you’re free at that time to join in harvesting the last potatoes, cut down the red clover, doing new plantingÂ
and chatting with any curious onlooker that might show up.Â
