Early planting at Daily Bread
We had a nice time at Daily Bread Space adding soil in the raised beds and also planting beans and salad 🙂
   
We also harvested chard leaves and put them in the shop for free to everyone.
Radish popping out at Daily Bread Space
I sowed radish seeds a few weeks ago at Daily Bread Space and they are popping out!
We might have our first radishs in a few weeks 🙂

we made little terraces around the back of the boat, laid compost and wet cardboard down and planted the willow cuttings into it.
then we covered the cardboard with wood chip and watered thoroughly.
drilling holes for mushroom log inoculation.
Winter wheat at Daily Bread Space

We had a nice time adding soil to the beds, planting pak choi, herbs and field beans and sowing winter weat 🙂
  
 
   
Green cherry tomato jam
We had plenty of green cherry tomatoes from the Daily Bread Space… so we decided to make jam!
     
Easiest recipe ever:
1kg of green tomatoes, juce of 2 lemons, 1 vanilla pod and 700g of sugar.
Cut the tomatoes, combine with the rest in a (very) big pan, boil to dissolve the sugar and cook at medium heat for 1hr…that’s it 🙂
Pimento and sunflower seeds at Daily Bread Space
We will keep a few sunflower seeds for next year and leave the rest for the birds 🙂
